I wake up when they wake up.

 i get up before everyone in the house lol.  that way i can get coffee made, lunches for kids and dh made, clothes ironed if need be and have a cup of coffee in silence for a moment

My son (who's 2) is usually the first to wake up...and once he's up, the whole house is up.

Usually they wake me up, but I am almost never out of bed before they wake up.

After. I hear him from his room, when he wakes up. :)
