What's a good age to start jar baby food? My son is 3 months old and eats like a cow! I already tried cereal in the formula but it didn't seem to work so well.

My son started mashed banana, avacado etc at 4 months. I did oatmeal, no rice cereal.

Minimum of six months, and cereal is pointless.
