First nothing really at all. Second PPD was so bad. Third I had a blood vessel break on my right labia. It was so swollen and hurt. I had a hard time sleeping the first few days.

Daddy took a week off work but that's all. Since I wasn't allowed to go back to work til 6 week pp. Also have a 4 yr old son to take care of.

Quoting aimesnyc:

That's what Daddy is for - helping with cleaning and holding the baby :P

Quoting calvinsmommy18:

Not being able to keep the house clean. Since baby always wanted to be held for about the first 2 months.
