I'm 31 weeks pregnant with twins and lately I've been feeling a whole lot of pressure and pain in my pelvic region both front side and back. Do you think they may have dropped?

I think they're probably just adding extra pressure because there is 2 of them.

It's possible but I dealt with pressure the whole time in that area : ( I would imagine with twins there would be a lot of pressure!

I would tell your doc. Are you on weekly appointments now?

I have an ultrasound Monday, they're in the same office as the OB so I'm gonna stop in and ask about that and a wierd pop sound I heard the other day. I'm starting twice a week at 32 weeks, (next Tuesday)

I'm 34 weeks and I have been feeling pressure and pain also. I think it's normal. This baby is bigger than my last one. I would talk to your doctor though....

I felt pressure with my dd. She wasn't huge but she was larger than my first baby. Also had some cramping

it's twi babies so it could be the pressure from that. Congrats:)
