Idk if it could just be dry, but it's only noticeable in the light. Just a scaly rash with tiny little red dots, barely noticeable. But I can feel it well when I rub her tummy. The patch has gotten bigger, since I noticed it yesterday. She is 3 1/2 months. What could it be?

Eczema lotion her with a lotion without perfume/fragrance as that dries skin out more

It sounds a lot like it could be ezcema to me. Both my kids have it and I use the aveeno ezcema lotion and that works pretty good.
