My poor baby has a nasty runny nose and cough. Is there anything I can give her to make her feel better?

Vicks on the chest and feet (with socks on), plenty of fluids, humidifier at night/during naps, keep the nose clear of snot/boogers.  My 14 month old has a bad cold, too. :(  We have a nebulizer at home, so our doc also told us to give him breathing treatments with saline twice a day.

Vicks on the feet. And if he is really fussy maybe a dose of tylenol. I always get achey when i have a cold. That's usually what makes me feel so bad. Run a humidifier or go in the bathroom with a hot shower running

I always give my baby some infant Tylenol. Ive also noticed that vicks with socks really helps! For me, I let the shower run and the steam helps open my airways. Maybe like the other ma's say, try the humidifier.

I do this also but we use Ibuprofin. It seems to work better for the little ones here.
