What was your favorite meal someone brought you when the baby was born?
We have a new mommy at our church and I'm planning to bring a meal to her. There's 4 children too so it has to be a kid friendly easy meal lol so what was your favorite someone brought you? Recipe?

My parents brought me homemade macaroni and cheese. It was awesome.

Funeral potatoes are the best, always! Lol but do creamy chicken on rice. I always loved that.

No one brought me any meals while in the hospital but my mom and grandma made me some meals to freeze so I would have them ready and just pop them in the microwave once we got home with baby. Honestly, I don't really care for my grandma's cooking. I would suggest some sort of casserole or maybe lasagna and bread.

While I was in the hospital my family did bring me food but it was all take out. The night she was born it was pizza from dominos, the next night was subway and the morning I got discharged they brought me dunkin donuts.

We so appreciated everything our friends and family made or sent. My favorite, though, was the day we got home from the hospital. My MIL had cleaned our apt and had homemade chicken soup in the crockpot. It was heaven. <3
