Ok, maybe I'm bragging a bit. I did this drawing a few months ago, but I'm just very happy with it and even framed it! I love to draw so I draw animals, people, and if someone ever wanted me to I can draw cars, boats etc. anything I have a pic of. Most of my drawings don't have much for the background because I like using basic graphite pencil and I think the backgrounds can distract from the subject being drawn, but there are a few I've done for people with backgrounds I drew in.

Anyway, I can't seem to find the actual pic, but here is the drawing, if I find the actual pic I will post that as well! It's a pretty simple pencil drawing, but sometimes simple is best :)

ETA: Found the original!!! Here you go :)

Beautiful! I can't draw for crap. DD is 4 and says my "people" look like grasshoppers. I wish I had your talent!

Hey can you draw from a photograph? How much would you charge?

Aww. I've always drawn pictures. I use to draw for friends of mine so they could get it tattooed. I have it up after having my son. I just picked my pencil back up today. I wish I had the skill that you have!

Thank you ladies! I enjoy drawing a lot. I used to make money doing it. I've designed a few tattoos as well, my own and a friend's.

I pretty much always draw from photos, its much easier than drawing from real life when I mostly enjoy drawing animals and people (it takes me hours so no one wants to sit still that long! lol) What I charge depends on what a person wants done. I don't know if I'm supposed to discuss that on here or not? For something like an 8 1/2" x 11" drawing of an animal the cheapest I start is $30, people for the same size generally start out at $40 people are much harder than animals, so basically if I did a drawing like this one for someone it would actually be about $50 because this is an 11" x 14" drawing that I consider "simple" because it has no background (basically it would be $40 on 8 1/2" x 11" and goes up $5 for each size).

I hope I don't get in trouble for posting prices, but audreesmama if you want to pm me I can give you more detailed pricing if you want to discuss something. :)

Oh my gosh! I'm so jealous! I wish I was that talented. But I sure can rock a stick man or two lol. Awesome job mama you have every right to brag about this. Can I hire you to draw one of my little monkey girl? Lol

Thanks! I can draw well because I've been doing it all my life, my mom is also good at drawing, or used to be, she doesn't do it anymore. I would be up for doing some drawings for anyone that wants them if you want to pm me tell me what size and such you want and I can give you a price quote :) I'm not against making some extra money doing what I love, I've been trying to advertise doing drawings and hemp jewelry on craigslist and have a facebook page even, but so far haven't been too successful lol. I made enough money in college doing drawings that I bought myself a $200 digital camera. ETA: I charged a lot less back then though lol
