My dd's 3rd bday party is Saturday & after changing her mind a million times..she wants an alvin & the chipmunk party. We have the cake covered thanks to a wonderful friend...but I have no idea what to do about decorations. Any help would be great! & to top it off..there's a shortage on helium here :/

Party city. Walmart, kmart. They might have plates and napkins and such. Or use red, blue and green colors.
