I'm wondering if any of you have used it and what you think of it. I guess it's a natural sleep aid. I'm gonna give it z try tonight cause ds no longer sleeps through the night at 19 months and he has been checked by the doctor and everything is fine with him.

I have never used it, but I have heard that works well.

My 12 year old has used it off and on since he was 7. It was recommend by his psychiatrist. It works well but it's not recommended for children that young. My 2.5 year old still doesn't sleep through the night,. Not uncommon. I would get an ok from a doctor first.

My 12 and 9 year old have used it periodically. I would be cautious about using it with a baby. It can be addicting in the sense that the baby won't be able to learn how to sleep on own without it. I would check with your Dr before using it.

I personally use it and it works wonders for me.  I would never give it to a child that young before talking to the ped.  I was told that I could use benadryl and give just a little more than normal so that it would make her sleepy.

You should talk to your doc first and find another solution for you.
