Infantano carrier.... review?

I'm going to start keeping a little one that has severe colic. I've suggest baby wearing to her mommy..... *I* had a Maya wrap with my little one and I had a hot sling. I enjoyed both. But both of those wonderful items are in storage.... and I'm not going to risk life and limb and possibly my marriage to find them LOL. I found one at Target that is called the Infantano Baby carrier. Have any of you ladies tried it? Do you like it? Is it worth the money, or should I just save up and buy another Maya wrap?

If you have any suggestion for calming a colicky baby I'm open to suggestion. I was beyond blessed that none of mine were fussy, the boy was a bit demanding, but other than that the infant stage was wonderful.... the terrible two's are a whole other story :)
