My baby wakes up every morning with ice cold hands.

They were almost purple and ice cold this morning. We keep the temperature up, but the house just seems freezing by morning, and I am too scared to put mittens on her because she shoves them in her mouth and chokes. She sucks on her fingers a lot, so I know that has a lot to do with it. She won't let me swaddle her. Should I be worrying?

I try to put extra clothing on my infants. Or co-sleep a while longer, esp. since it appears they are having trouble regulating body temps as she is still young and hasn't settled into adult sleep breathing patterns.

What about babysleepers with mittens already sewn into them?
