How do you clean your baby's ears?

I know they say now not to use q- tips, but in my opinion those ear wax removal drops don't work so good and are messy! What do you do?

i use a qtip after his baths every 3 days.. i don't put it in the canal though.. i put it at the entrance of the canal and scoop it towards me.. gets all the wax that i can see.. his ears are clean and the dr doesn't have an issue thus far.

A baby wipe. Works great and won't hurt him...no chance of slipping and going in the ear.

Baby q-tips or wash cloth when giving her a bath.
