I agree. Dd has something that looks like this on a muc smaller scale on her hip. Pedi said sometimes it will be raised and other times it will look really bright red which both have happend. He did say over time it will go away. I would talk to you pedi about it though.

I don't know either. Has she had it since birth or did it just appear?
