Yes i would and she would love them . My lil girl is a shoe freak she has all kinds of colored sandals and shoes:)

No, the cute bottoms would just rub off if she was walking, and if she's not walking, there's no need for shoes. Not saying I don't have tons of little useless pairs anyway, lol
