How to treat common cold in infants

My four month old has a cold. Sneezing, coughing, watery eyes.. No fever thankfully. We've been running hot water showers once a day and hanging out in the bathroom with her as it gets steamy, have also had humidifiers running. Also adding an extra ounce to her bottles and making sure she's getting plenty of rest. I'm afraid to give her any medicine as she's so young. What else can I do? I don't want to take her to the dr because then she'd be in contact with more germs...

There isn't much more you can do other than what you are doing. You just have to wait it out. Hope she feels better soon!

You can rub some baby vicks vapor rub on her feet and just keep doing what you are doing. I hope she feels better soon!

Your doing all that you can do. You'll have to let it run its course. Keep her hydrated and watch her temp. And cuddle a bunch. :)

Really the only can do is keep her nose clear with either a suction cup thingy or a humidifier. Not really any meds you can give a 4month old.
