(or even during) did your teeth go bad? i have a calcium deficiency, an absest tooth (before pregnacy & yes i had it fixed but for some reason it did not kill the whole nerve so now i need an upper root canal), some fillings fell out. i hate my teeth now. i just want to cry everytime i see my smile :/

the only thing that went bad was that i needed a crown on one of my back molars....but that was only because i would throw up every single time i brushed my teeth

i wish i got off that easy. its my front 4 teeth that makes it so bad

I'm sorry :( Are you able to get it all fixed? I had to have a root canal after my second baby was born because I had an absess. She was only about 3 weeks old, but I'm not sure if that has anything to do with pregnancy or not. I've had two more kids since with no issues - I have never even had a cavity.

yes! The baby takes so much calcium during pregnancy and the first place it takes it from is the mother's teeth. I have been taking calcium suppliments which has helped some, but I need a lot work done now :(

Not here but I know bad teeth problems are very common in pregnancy.

Yes I had a tooth crack durring pregnancy, now it's abcesed.  I go in next week for a root canal.

no we don't have insurance at the moment. national guard hasn't got DH on the books so we can get it back, they say the unit doesn't have the money to pay him :/ & dentist want almost $2000 to fix just 1 of my teeth
