BAD diaper rash...

My daughter is 14 months old.
She has a real bad diaper rash that had occurred overnight.
It's bright red, blistering, and bleeding in spots where the skin is raw.
I feel so bad for her. I've been changing her diaper CONSTANTLY
And keeping her area clean and dry.
What would you do if this happened to your baby?
Any advice or helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

You can try using Lotramin or other antifungal athletes foot cream. Sometimes those sort of diaper rashes can be caused by the same sort of fungi. We had to use it on my oldest when she a baby.

We always did butt paste after diaper changes but I used either a wet cloth or sensitive wipes and then make sure the skin is completely air dried before applying the paste. You could even give some naked time. If it continues for too long I would call the pedi to make sure there isn't an infection.

My son was just raw a couple weeks ago. He had some stomach bug that gave him the runs. Use warm wet paper towels because wipes burn like crazy, sprinkle his diaper generously with corn starch before putting it under his butt so he doesn't breathe it in and choke on it.

My son used to get those when he was teething.I would do warm oatmeal baths and let him be naked so his butt would get air. Once his butt was dry, i put triple paste on it.
