10 month old grinding teeth

Has anyone experienced this?? Is there anything I can do to make him stop? He only has 4 teeth, and the first top one JUST broke through the gum. I'm worried he'll ruin his little teeth before he's 1! Am I stressing over nothing? Lol

stressing over nothing--just a phase.  Pressure on their teeth while they are teething can help relieve some of their pain from teething.  Get him some teething rings that you can freeze and that will help him out some.  You can also wet and knot a wash cloth and then freeze it for him to chew on, a clean one obviously.

Completely normal but awful lol. I've had to leave the room because it's a horrible sound.

It's normal, try to give him something to chew on or distract him.

It's what a lot of babies do. It's a brand new feeling, especially as each new tooth comes it. It'll go away eventually.

My ds did this for months. It made the worst sound and nothing stopped him. I mostly tried distracting him and I tried not to react too much so he wouldn't do it for attention
