Is it from crawling, like carpet rash or something else?  Maybe she is allergic to the material or carpet cleaner if any has been used.

My son got/gets red carpet burn rashes on his knees and used to on his forearms when he army crawled. They never seemed to bother him, so I just left them alone and it would go away then come back. I would just use an ointment at night though.

IDK. Maybe she is allergic to something on the ground. I would get doctors opinion.

She may be allergic to something on the rugs or floor.  Talk to your doctor.
