purple ear?

Babe slept on his ear and it's purple. I'm guessing that's why anyway.


It's looking less red and purple now, and i touched it and he is not the least bit bothered by it.

odd, mine have never looked like that just from lying on that side, only when they've hit their head/ear on something.

It looked like a ruptured vessel, I would have it looked at just to be on the save side.

It doesnt seem to bother him. he's only 8 days old and his feet were kind of purple for a while. i figured its just a nb thing. i'll check it out though. The redness is pretty much gone now, just still a bit purple.

I would take him in or see if there is a way to send the pic to your ped. I am no dr but looks like a circulation issue which is scary.
