Bathing after the cord falls off

Now that my daughter's cord has fallen off, is it okay to give her a full bath (not a sponge bath)? Also, I've noticed some dried up blood i guess it is on her belly button, what should I use to clean it off?

Yes, as long as the area isn't leaking and looks closed up, it's fine.

Yep, as long as it's all healed up. I used a warm wet wash cloth or alcohol pads.

Yep! We did full baths from birth, and their cords were gone in about 4-5 days.
