Nipple Issues

My son is 7 months and 1 week old. I tried changing his nipples for his bottles to 6 month + but he doesn't want them. He spits out his milk when I use those nipples, but never spits out his milk with the 4-6 month nipples. Do any of you have or ever had that problem? I am perplexed!

he's probably not used to how fast the milk comes out of the bigger ones. if he's happy with the smaller ones, it doesnt hurt anything to keep using them

it's too fast for him, no reason to have to switch.
