Ds is 2 1/2 months old. He is ebf. He normal poops about once every other day or two. But for the past two days he has had very explosives poops all day. It gets everywhere. It leaks out of his diaper and gets on everything. I'm scared to out clothes on him because I've had to change him so many times. He cries and acts like he hungry but won't nurse for even five minutes.
Is this normal. Is it something he should see the doctor for?

that sound pretty normal to me! For the first several months, my babies have explosive poo a couple times a day!

You might be in a growth spurt. My son once pooped up to his neck STANDING in a bouncer. It was gross and amazing all at once.

Also, try sizing up in diapers. When they get too small, they explode.

It's as tight as I can get it without hurting him. His poops are just powerfully explosive and kind of watery right now.

It could be a growth spurt he is at that age. I didn't think that would make their poop explosive. It didn't with my dd. :/

Totally normal:-) The only thing that helped contain my sons explosions was cloth diapering.
