Can babies get hemroids?

My son just turned one yesterday and he is extremely constipated. He has been this wayfor about 3 days. He cries when he tries to poop and he clinches up. After his bath I was putting a diaper on him and I noticed he had this swollen area right at the end of his anus. I think that us why he has been crying. Had anyone else felt with this. He has a check up tomorrow, so I will bring it up with the Dr.

I have no idea, bump! I've never dealt with a constipated baby

Thanks. We just switched him to whole milk I think that is the problem.

Yeah, that is probably the problem. It's a big adjustment for his stomach!

Yes it is. Before he turned one he was getting like 2 bottles of whole milk and then the rest of the day was formula. We were transitioning him. He did really good like that, but I guess he wasn't ready to go fully on whole milk yet. I feel so bad for him.

Thank you. It went away today. He had his Dr appointment. They said it was probably from straining.
