We are going to replace the car seat for you. I
am attaching the paperwork to facilitate the
exchange of your damaged unit. This
paperwork will request a few small parts from
your damaged unit in return for the
replacement product. These parts will be
small enough to send in a standard envelope
along with a signed letter. Please print the
letter, read it, sign it and return it with the
requested parts within 30 days.
We have already ordered the replacement for
you and you should receive it in 7 to 10
business days. It might be a different color
from your current seat. You can keep the seat
pad from your current seat and just switch
them if you prefer. The one you will be
receiving is pictured below.
