My kids are too old for diaper rash these days but the moms that come to the pharmacy seem to like "Calmoseptine."  I've tried it on a recurring rash of my own.  It stings a little going on and has a strong peppermint smell but seems to give long lasting relief.

Lobana peri-garde has worked the VERY BEST for us. We have 4 children and it was recommended by our pediatrician. We purchased it at the peds clinic but it is now on lobanaproducts.com. I also recommend using a hair dryer on the coolest setting between changes to be sure the bottom is very dry. Also, rinse the butt wipes prior to wiping the red sore bottom. It sure makes it more comfortable for them while wiping. I hope is helps! Really not fun but try the peri garde. Peri Garde can also be used on wind burn cheeks or very chapped skin!!! Amazing!!!!
