On average how long do you have to wait when you take your kids to the pediatricians office?

10 minutes, there is a sign to let someone know if you've been waiting longer.

I've had to wait over an hour, close to 2 before.  What sucks is when they want you there early but you have to wait all that much longer.  I now make appointments 1st thing in the morning or the 1st or 2nd appt. after lunch otherwise the wait is too long.  Now it's about 10-15 minutes.

If I get there really early, they usually get me in almost immediately.

If I'm closer to on-time, we end up waiting 10-15 minutes.

Since we are required to be there 15 minutes early or my husband can get in trouble for missing or being late to an appointment we typically wait the 15 minutes and then usually 5 minutes or less after our appointment time.

Ds had an appt today and we waited maybe 20 mins including back in the exam room after the nurse saw him.
