Pregnancy support belts!

I'm 31 weeks & this morning I woke up and am having some pressure in my lower abdomen when I change position. Feels like muscle pulls. I didn't have this with my first because my muscles hadn't been all stretched out before. I was wondering if a pregnancy support belt would help this? If so what's the best kind? Thanks for any input!

It might help, I've never used one before. I used maternity tights during my first pregnancy, I worked on my feet the entire time and it literally made it so I could not feel any pressure from my belly. I'd forget I was larger sometimes and would bump into things lol. Here's a bump for more suggestions.

I've never used one but I think it's more common to feel those things with a second baby (not saying it's no big deal but I think I've heard that ; )

I had one when I was pregnant with DS but couldn't tell a difference.

Your doctor might be able to be more helpful on this subject. Good luck!

Yes! It worked wonders for me. My OB doctor prescribed one for me for free!

I got one for my back last pregnancy and it helped some but it put too much pressure on my lower front so I couldn't wear it. It might work for you but I don't like them for me.
