I have never allowed my son to watch anything violet even things that are not Rated R (e.g., Harry Potter).

We watch mostly Food Network and cooking shows on the rare occasion the TV is on.

We typically don't watch R rated movies until the boys are all in bed.

I don't watch R rated movies at all so that would be a no.

We watch movies/TV around our 14 month old all the time. So far she has never paid attention to the shows. Unless of course a nice catchy tune comes on then she'll start to dance. But once she does start to watch and/or look at the TV more we will wait.

I don't really watch a lot of R rated movies, most are sex or violance and I don't watch either but I have watched things with my infants I wouldn't with my older kids like MTV shows

When they were babies sure. Once they started going to bed at night that's when we watched our stuff but they have been going to bed at 8:00 since about 9 months so it was never an actual issue.

Yeah, she is only 2 months old so she is in the room with me when i watch them.. not like she even really looks at the tv or has any idea what's going on.
