Is it possible to *purposely* enhance your chances of having twins?

Yep- fertility drugs and treatments.  I was on femara and we did IUI to conceive our son. Somehow we avoided mulitples but in the fertility office there were tons of pictures of twins+ in the exam rooms.

Because the pregnancy will be horrible.

A lot more expensive, and itll put a major major strain on your marriage.....

I'm not going to *try* and have twins. I wonder what it'd be like, but I wouldn't try to medically alter a pregnancy for twins. I know having twins is really risky.

Yes. Fertility drugs. I wouldn't though. They can be born early. I know three sets that were
Born at 24 weeks, 26 weeks, and 27 weeks.
