That's how I see it. I'm having serious pms cravings and I'm always sodium deficient, so instead of going for potato chips, I'm trying to satiate my cravings with popcorn.

Popcorn is actually not bad for you, as long as it is air popped and not loaded with butter. So eat up! :)

Something worse is chocolate. Seriously, I NEED chocolate when I'm PMSing or on my period. I kill if I don't have it.

If you're just grazing, and nabbing handfuls here and there, I think the calories pass through unrecognized. Especially if you are eating standing up.  Don't hold me to that, it's just a theory.
