Then I would weigh 160 and be like okay, not gonna go past that. Then I weighed 185 and said okay not gonna go past 200. And so on and so on. Now I'm 280 and not only am I NOT gonna go past 300, I'm gonna LOSE weight.
I only really gain weight when preggo and then I have a heck of a time getting the weight off afterwards. After my 3rd I have been a size 12 no matter what I have tried and I have been struggling with feeling depressed from it. I am short and petite so it is not a healthy weight for me. It's finally starting to go a little bit thanks to yoga and I am hoping to get back to my ideal weight which is 110 and size 4. That is when I am my healthiest and feel my best. :-)

My ideal weight would be between 140-150. For me that's a 6-8 which is manageable. Anything smaller and I'm working too hard to maintain.
My true breaking point was when I was able to fit into a size 26 comfortably. At that point I weighed 274lbs. I was 5'4" tall. I'm now 143lbs and roughly a size 12 due to pregnancy.
