Heat Rash

Brayden still sleeps swaddled. It's warm enough that he's sleeping in a diaper only under his swaddle me. He's getting a heat rash under his arms on his sides. It's not bothering him (as far as I can tell) but I would love any tips to keep it away.

Really there's nothing you can do with it, don't put any cream or lotion on it.  Let baby Brayden be naked and 'air it out' when you can. And keep the house cool where he sleeps.

Luke just had heat rash when we went to the beach, I just kept him in the shade or water and kept his swim shirt off and no shirt in the house and it was gone in two days or so.  Good luck!

What do you do with it?

My son got heat rash a lot because he was born at the end of may. The rash never bothered him but I tried to keep the room as cool as possible. I had a fan in the room and that seemed to help.

I was going to say the same thing. Just rub some on the problem area before you swaddle him.
