While no one should be shamed about their body, sayings like this, things that 'empower' obese individuals, move the focus from the real issues that we have in this country: obesity is unhealthy. If you are obese, you shouldn't accept that, or feel like it's ok, and sayings like this do nothing but harm. If you are obese, you should focus on losing weight, not on making society accept the fact that you are obese.
