Exercise and diet update

I found a few routines that i like plus i started zumba. Keep in mind i just started this 2 weeks ago. These are my before and now pics. I only changed my diet to smaller portioned meals, no sweets- if so just a handful of m&ms with odd lol, and no late eating.

PS: Baby Raelani loves watching mama do zumba and my oldest Saleen joins in lol. Here she is staring at me after she first saw me do it lol. She was so amazed lol. She even kicked and screamed to the music. =)

Please do you do all the squarts and sit ups and jumping Jacks and push ups every day? I am very muvh interested and am also working o n loosing my my baby fat especially my ab.

It works. You can change 80 jumping jacks to like 30-40. My mil is a body builder and said 80 is too much. I also added 30 mins-1 hour worth a zumba a day. Mon-Fri. I watch it off of youtube so i can be at home and i still eat mostly what i want just smaller portions and i cut out sweets. I only have a handful of like m&ms or few sips od soda with dh to curb my craving.
