Hold Head Milestone

When did your child start lifting their head by themselves? What else can you do other then tummy time to help? My daughter is 3 months almost 4 and doesn't practice lifting her head in tummy time. She just lays there and cries

Yep, this will strengthen their back, shoulder and neck muscles.

I'm not sure. We didn't do tummy time. The first few months they all spent most of their waking time being held, worn or sitting on someone's lap.

All my babies learned milestones at their own pace. Lay down and lay baby on your chest. She will lift up her head to look at your face. :-)
