The crease between my baby's legs and pelvis is red and looks sore as though he's rubbing the skin raw, is there anything I can do to help this?

My advice is keep it clean & put some coconut oil on it.

Moisturize it and allow them some air. :-)

Air and some zinc oxide cream or spray.

Corn starch and/or desitine. Maybe talk to his doctor. May need a topical oinment. It's they same stuff they give you for thrush to put on your nipples if you're breast feeding.
