I guess my 19 month old is a tot but at the same time a baby. But at what age do you consider your baby is now a tot?

I guess I usually consider little ones babies when they are 1 and under, toddlers when they are 2 until they go to preschool, then they transition to preschoolers.

That being said I still call my 4 year old my baby girl.

A baby is a baby till age 1, then a toddler till age 3 then a preschooler till age 5 then a child.
