What is the best diaper cream? I've been using Walmart brand with no success.

They say A+D. I use it on my kids butts and works in two days.

Desitin!!! And plain old petroleum jelly.
I worked with babies and toddlers at a daycare. I have seen every kind of rash you can imagine and have had parents give all kinds of creams, even stuff they mixed up themselves... Desitin is by far the best.

Dr. recommended Butt paste. I like Desitin better.
