Some babies aren't good sleepers. 6 months is a huge growth spurt and new milestones.

How long at a time does she sleep? Is it just night time or day you feel she doesn't sleep well?

My dd used to love sleeping in her bouncy vibrating chair, and driving around. Hope you find something that works soon!

We have a routine at night, which includes bath with lavender baby wash, lavender baby lotion, warm bottle, rocking and story. She's usually out by the beginning of the story, but we read the whole book while rocking and then we put her in her crib.

Could be a growth spurt.

She's not going to sleep large amounts at a time, nor should she. Six months is prime growth spurt time, and she will need to feed frequently, including at night.

What during what hours during the day/night is she sleeping?

Maybe she is teething, that threw off sleep for my kids.

How old is she?  Have you tried a ticking clock or a heart beat sound?
