Hi Ladies,
My neice just found out she's pregnant (I'm going to be a GREAT Aunt!!!)
She is planning on getting some books this weekend, but I wanted to surprise her w/ one.
I was thinking of getting her the What to expect book.  My youngest is now 6 so it's been a while....is this still "the book" to get?

Sorry I can't provide any input.  It's not a book I have read.

It's okay. I would maybe find something based on amazon reviews.

1 mom liked this

I didn't like it. I much prefer The Pregnancy Book and The Birth Book by Dr. Sears, and Ina May's Guide to Childbirth

No. If she's considering breastfeeding, these two books: " So That's What They're For " by Janet Tamaro and " The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding " from La Leche League.

I thought it was a little outdated.

I think "What to expect" is the best
