how do i know if it's potty training time i have a 2 year old lil girl named hayleigh and she tells me aunt and my mom when she has to pee or poop but she never will tell me shes even went all night without wetting is she ready yet someone please let me know
I have a almost 4 year old and almost 2 year old and both are just getting into the potty training phase. From what other moms and doctors tell me that when a child is ready you will know. When they can communicate that they have to go is when its the easiest time to potty train. Age doesnt matter just the mentality of the child.
Is she able to take off her bottom clothes (pants, shorts, etc) ? and yes the telling family members she has to go/staying dry all night is a sign she is ready or getting ready to be potty trained. I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter and she follows me into bathroom and sits on her potty fully clothed, trying to teach her how to take bottom clothes off so she can actually go in potty. We go through the hand washing and all even tho she is clothes so i hope soon it will be easy for her to be trained.
