should i take him to er?

long story short my 3 year old fell and hit his head three times. needless to say its swollen. he is talking and walking fine and asking for food but im not sure because his eyes are blood shot. i dont remember if that means he needs to see a doctor or not. does anybody know?

you should take him to the doc. what if he has a concussion or is hemoraging somewhere. something is causing the blood shot eyes. good luck

Would like to hear a follow up is your lo okay? I always do the flashlight eye dilation thing but never have my kids had blood shot eyes.
