My 3 1/2 yr old tested positive for H1N1 today.. My ob precribed me Tamiflu but Im worried about the unconclusive risks to our unborn baby.. I haven't been tested to see if I have H1N1 yet but since he has it the doctor gave it to me as a precaution..  Anybody else? or someone who took it and baby was fine at birth?? Im worried..

Im taking it now.. The doctor said that it should be fine to take.. And that one of her co-workers that was pregnant took it the entire time she was pregnant because she worked around sick people.. And that she just had her baby and it was fine.

I took Tamiflu a few weeks ago after someone I worked with got H1N1. Last Monday I went to my ob and had an ultrasound and baby boy is doing just fine. Oh and idk if it matters but my ob perscribed the Tamiflu and he is a Maternal - fetal medicine specialist guy. lol.....

I took Tamiflu a few weeks ago and Im currently 17 weeks and I was assured the side efffects were minimal and would do no harm to my baby..The only side effect happened about 3 days after finishing the meds and it was a HORRIBLE case of hives ..

Me and my Son got h1n1 at the end of September we both took tamiflu,My daughter was born the next month at 35 weeks and she was fine (other then issues of being early) But the Tamiflu Did nothing for her In fact my Doctor said it was a very good thing I did take the meds because I was so sick It was effecting my Daughter her heart rate was really high but the next day after starting the meds and having an IV her heart rate went back down and I felt much better and was able to keep a little food down and was out of the hospital that day.

Are you ready for this? I am a 19 year old re-married Mommy to a co-sleeping,Breastfeeding till 13 months, No CIO,Luvs wearing,Baby wearing,Mommy's boy Named Donovan that was born 6 weeks To early and daddys girl named Serenity born 4 weeks to early!

I took Tamiflu around my 18th week of pregnancy. The only side-effect was extreme vomiting, I couldn't keep anything down. I then had to be prescribed medicine for the vomiting.. needless to say it was a hassle!!! I never was diagnosed with H1N1 but work with kids full-time and had been exposed. My advice, don't take it unless you feel something coming on. Save it until you do think you are becoming sick.

I took it a few weeks ago. everything has been okay since i stopped. however i did have a scare while on it when i could no longer feel the baby moving. the dr however told me that the baby was more than likely in a 'hibernation' state since i was so sick.  the heart beat was and still if great. and now the movement is crazy lol. he wakes me up at night now. lol

I was evtremely scared myself when i had to take it and then obviously during when i could no longer feel him moving, but everything turned out okay so far for me.... GOOD LUCK. and please keep us posted
