Baby Brain, Fact or Fiction?

Have you ever felt like you had "baby brain"?  Those moments when you are so absent minded you swear something must have taken your brain?  Do you think baby brain is fact, or is it just an easy excuse for being forgetful?

Well I am gonna have to say I have been VERY forgetful recently. Just this morning I forgot that my class (I go to every week) was at 9:30. And I forget my keys when leaving... simple things like that normally I would never forget my keys since I drive everywhere lol.

ALL THE TIME!!! Ever since I was pregnant with my son. I write shopping lists, then leave them at home. I need to wash my husband's uniforms...I wash everythin BUT the uniforms lol. I actually went to the store the other day to pick up a lasagna (my DH wanted it for dinner) and almost walked out with everything I needed at the store except that (even the garlic bread and veggies to go wit hit).

Before I was pregnant, I could go into the store with no list, and come out with everything I needed. Not these days! lol

I needed a new password so I used random letters a symbol and my street address.  After 3 days, I realized, that isn't my address!   I have lived there for 3 years!!  I can honestly say, I never forgot it before I got pregnant...

Without a doubt, FACT.

I am very particular and always remember every little detail. Well, until I became pregnant. Now I can't remember anything if I don't write it down.

OMG yes! I had a pretty bad memory to begin with. Lets just say I am surprised I remember my own name and my husbands... I work in the medical field and I was writing down notes and wrote a patients name down as the name of my office, today I actually Wrote down another patients name incorrectly his name was Fabio and I write APRIl?!?!?! What the fedge? April  was no where around, I dont even know an April nor did anything come up that should prompt me to write April. I forget stupid things and it irritates the heck out of me. Also, last but not least I made a bagel, instead of putting the toaster away in the cabinet I stuck it in the fridge... so so so sad! My hubby got a kick out of that one, when he went to get a drink and wondered why the toaster was there. :) Oh the joys!

Absolutely true. It's a fact.. Read "The Female Brain" and it explains everything, and is a very fasciniating book!

I am more forgetful when I am pregnant then when I wasn't. Its bad enough I can't remember where I put my car keys most of the time now but before I was pregnant I knew exactly where they were at 98% of the time....

I am going to say I think its fact...
