When my headaches start I drink a can (or glass) of pop with lots of caffine (dr.pepper, coke, mountain dew) or even a cup of coffee (I hate coffee) but the caffine actually helps me. I also take a warm shower and lay back down for a little bit after drinking the caffine.
But thats just me and its what works best for me.
Lemons and ginger are supposed to help with morning sickness. I also have the headache issue and haven't figured anything out besides Tyelnol. But maybe yours is due to sugar? If you sugar goes up and down, dizziness and headaches can be a result. Maybe try a little sweet treat and see if that helps. Drink lots of water can help headaches too. Good luck and congrats on your baby!
This is exactly what my doctor told me to do. i could not get rid of my headaches and she has now "prescribed" me to drink a cup of coffee in the mornign and if I get a headache in the daytime drink a soda.
It completely works too!

if you have a teavana store close by pick up some lychee mints. dissolve two in a cup of hot water. helps with all kinds of things. i have bad nerve pains that run from my back to my ankles while pregnant... and this helps, also with the headaches and occasional gas (bloating)
