I am 30 weeks 5 days and I was hospitalized for 5 days with the H1N1..They gave me tamiflu and all 5 of my doctors including the "medicine man" said it was fine.  I had the follow up/get permission from my OB before they did ANYTHING.

ETA:  I just want to clarify that when they said it was fine it was that it was fine considering the alternative, not treating me & then who knows what would happen...They took every precaution they could as well...I was in a negative pressure room and NOBODY was allowed in without scrubbing in and wearing masks and gowns

My doc gave it to me too because I have a sick kiddo at home.  He said to take it if I start running a fever.  I think the benefits outway the risk, swine flu is a horrible virus

I will be 31 weeks pregnant with twins tomorrow. I am on tamiflu right now. My daughter got swine flu at school and now we all have it. My ob said it was ok to take.

I was put on it as well when my daughter came down with it.  However it made me sicker than a dog.  well, let me clarify, it upset my stomach so bad.  I didn't end up finishing the whole package. But it is much better than the alternative and you get even more sick and end up with other complications.

I took it and baby I are fine. We were exposed to swine flu, so I used it as a preventative. Any medication has it's risks to pregnant women, but the swine flu can be worse, so I chose to take the tamiflu.
