Im about 8-10 wks pregnant {Havent been to the doctor yet}. Yesterday I woke up kinda irritable and kinda sick to my tummy. But then i ate some food and drank some water and got better. But today I woke up in an even worse mood.. n now my tummy is way upset {MiTe be due to the irratable mood} and im startin to get a headache. Dont have much here or money to get something that will help. Plus Im a little stressed with having alot of homework to do, my SO friends coming over, although he is gone for the week, n its just alot to take in.
Any advice on what I can do to calm down maybe?
Or solutions for my tummy/head ache?
Ok these are the things I have tried when it comes to Morning/ALL day Sickness
Ginge Ale
Crackers (I found that ritz work wonders)
Lot and Lots of water
Usually fruit helps me too banannas and apples
If eating makes it feel better, then go with that so many mommies can't eat at this staage so if you can take advantage!
If you drank alot of soda before pregnancy, you are probably having withdrawls, thats why you are having the headaches (im getting them too.) Caffeine in small amounts doesnt hurt baby ;) I hear ya on the mood ;) Thats one of my symptoms....I turn into a raging b**ch and take it out on everyone for no reason. It will pass :)
Drink lots of water, eat small frequent meals... and saltines in bed 15 min before getting up in the morning.
Tylenol with 1/2 coke at the same time... the caffeine helps the meds... and it will help withdrawl symptoms that can cause a headache.
Other than that, it is perfectly normal (your pregnancy symptoms are peaking and will start to decline by 12-13 weeksish. Keep on keeping on, and make sure to sleep plenty.
