I woke up with a sore throat and feel really achey this morning. I grabbed a package of Halls on my way out the door, but now I can't remember if they're ok to take? I'm 6 wks... the package says consult with a doctor, but I don't really trust my doctor's opinion at this point (yes, I'm shopping around). Any info on cough drops?

I believe cough drops was on the list of things that were ok for me to take that my doctor gave me.
For cough and cold they told me I could use.
Robitussin DM, Benylin Expectorant, vicks cough syrup, cough drops, and vicks vapor rub
Theres a note about some products containing alcohol so you may want to use them sparingly if at all. Aviod products containing decongestants pseudoephedrine and phenylephrine
Thats just what my doctor has told me, yours may be different. Perhaps you should call them and ask them their own opinion
